Growing up in the South, the Waffle House was a staple for us hungry teenagers. And it was always dependable. Great coffee, delicious food, and maybe a little bit of weirdness or some drama.

Since moving to the West Coast, it's one of the things I miss the most about the South. It turns out you can get it in Arizona, but that's a 6 hour drive from SD. I made this to bring awareness to the fact that we need the Waffle House out West! When I was putting up this post, a man originally from Atlanta stopped to comment on how much he misses seeing that big yellow sign and eating the delicious food.

So what do I need to do to make this happen? I will figure out a way to come up with franchise money if necessary. Let's bring the Waffle House to California!

**Fun fact, I grew up down the road from the Waffle House in Muscle Shoals, AL that made the news after a man fell through the ceiling after having slept there for a few nights.
